Products purchased through Upme+ are eligible for return and cancellation under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.

1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers can exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product.

2. Return Conditions

• The product must be unused.

• The packaging must be undamaged and complete.

• It must be sent along with the invoice.

Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, returns are not accepted for opened or used products.

3. Return Process

To request a return, please contact us. After approval, the product should be shipped to the address provided.

Once the return is approved, the fee will be refunded via the method used for payment.
